Haiku Poetry: A Children’s Collection, published by Doubleday, made the New York Times Best Seller List.

 

Haiku Poetry: A Children’s Collection was acquired by the public libraries of Texas.

 

The introduction to all five editions of Haiku Poetry: A Children’s Collection was made by the author Irving Stone. Eleven of the Haiku poems were set to music for children’s choir and small orchestra by composer Richard Ralf.

 

Wilhelm Scholê International Haiku Poetry and Sumi-e Paintings Exhibits were presented at the James Dick International Institute Festival, and Haiku Music was presented as the Houston Symphony Youth Concert with Wilhelm Scholê International’s Choir for two years in a row.
